Terms and Conditions for Dreckly Days

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dreckly Days mobile application ("the app"), developed and operated by Darren J ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Dreckly Days you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Dreckly Days is a road trip planning application that allows users to save places of interest, plan trips, and share trip information with others. The app is available on Android devices via Google Play.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dreckly Days. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18 you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Dreckly Days does not currently require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dreckly Days only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the app to:

• Store, share, or distribute any content that is illegal under the laws of England and Wales or your local jurisdiction
• Store, share, or distribute content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Store, share, or distribute content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Store, share, or distribute content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or radicalisation
• Store, share, or distribute content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing towards any individual or group
• Store, share, or distribute content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any features of the app if we become aware of a breach of these Terms.

6. User Generated Content

6a. Direct Sharing

When you export or share trip or place files directly from your device to another person, you are solely responsible for the content of those files. We have no visibility of or involvement in direct device-to-device sharing.

6b. Community Sharing (Future Feature)

When the community sharing feature is introduced, you will have the option to voluntarily share your trips with the wider Dreckly Days community. By choosing to share content via the community platform you:

·  Confirm that you own or have the right to share all content included

·  Confirm that the content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

·  Grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the Dreckly Days platform

·  Acknowledge that your content will be subject to moderation before publication

·  Understand that we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice

You may request removal of your community shared content at any time by contacting us at drecklydays@gmail.com.

We are committed to keeping the Dreckly Days community safe. For community shared content we operate a combination of:

• Automated screening — AI-based tools to detect potentially harmful images and text before publication
• User reporting — any user may report content they believe violates these Terms
• Manual review — flagged content will be reviewed by us before being published or removed

We aim to review flagged content promptly but cannot guarantee immediate action. If you encounter content that you believe is illegal, please also report it to the relevant authorities.

The Dreckly Days app, including its name, logo, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Darren J. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

The Dreckly Days name and logo are not to be used in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without our express written consent.

Dreckly Days uses third party services including Mapbox and Google APIs. Your use of these services through the app is also subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third party services.

Dreckly Days is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times or free from errors
• Information provided by third party mapping or search services is accurate or up to date
• Route or directions information is safe or suitable for your specific vehicle or circumstances

You use route and directions information at your own risk. Always comply with local traffic laws and exercise your own judgement when navigating.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of Dreckly Days, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to download the app (if any).

Your use of Dreckly Days is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be notified within the app and on our website with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
